Nominees for the Africa Housing Awards must be reputable individuals, organizations and government agencies who have made significant contributions to the Housing and Construction Industry in the year under review. If you know any organization and individual who is deserving of the award, you can send in nomination. Self nomination is also allowed.
Having satisfied the requisite nomination requirements, every nominee will go through the voting process. The voting stage does not help us put together the final award recipients but it is a good barometer to determine the influence of each recipient in their award category and the housing and construction sector in general.
Voting result is vetted by the panel of judges and compared with the track record of the individual and organization.
